There are several films that have, at one time or another, been considered the worst of all time. Obviously, the quality of a movie is a matter of opinion, so the argument seems fairly pointless. However, there is one film that has formerly held the #1 position of IMDb’s Bottom 100 (although it is presently at #65) and holds a 0% (but previously 00%) rating on Rotten Tomatoes. That film is Troll 2.
